well i may be late to the dream topic but i literally had a dream within a dream a few weeks ago. disorienting as fuck.

A couple days ago I played The Wolf Among Us right before I went to bed and I had a pretty sweet dream about it.

 

I have an arabic thing tomorrow and I am going to flunk it and I do not even care.
My world history teacher is like 60 miles in "Not OK" territory and is taking up everyones time and I am moderately sure is the least effective teacher I have seen in my entire life

History teachers seem to be regularly the worst around.

 

My teachers had incredible bias. Had to work their morals, values, and political views into everything. History is best told objectively, so we can all know how fucking stupid our ancestors were at one point, and maybe learn a little something from it.

 

And then you had my 4th grade history teacher

I'm not so sure, maybe vaguely. I think we are making progress, but I guess your right that we will eventually kill each other over something, then have historians 50 years later tell us how dumb we were for doing that.

 

No progress. Repeats itself. Always.
History is a loop continuum. In fact, the only thing that we're progressing in is how to better kill another and advance technology and yadda yadda yadda.

We have a gun that causes cancer for petes sake.

 

Still moving forward in a way, killing more efficiently I guess? Socially we are, and you can't deny that. Humanity doesn't stay stagnant, it may move from evil to evil, but there is still something somewhere moving forward.

Eh someone will always want more than they have, and make trouble to get it. I don't think we can entirely wipe out our own population, we can hurt it, a lot, but we are not going anywhere for long.
