    Two of my Achilles heels in art are hands and visceral fluids.

    This was a way to practice both in multiple instances.

    Well it's a start... What program do you use, btw? If it's something like maybe Mario Paint then I can totally understand. But I get that fluids are hard to draw and understand. When I was in 6th grade I'd always fuck up water and blood. Hands, too.
    Have you thought about art classes of any sort? I went to an art camp a few years ago and saw some improvement. But anyways, the shadows are iffy and the lighting lacks a defined point. I'd personally consult others such as this diagram.
