Indeed. But you're not reaally testing yourself if you cheat, and nobody really cares if you do because jump maps are solely for your own practice/benefit.
How would the Air Strike affect your jumps, though, aside from making them harder to pull off because of the blast radius penalty?

I have only once actually won against the AI, even on the easiest difficulty

It was pretty hilarious how I won that, though
I was playing as Sophons and had SUPER ADVANCED technology
Another race was nearing economic victory
So I traded this technology for a per-turn price of all the Dust they made
Then I did the same for another empire that approached economic victory
Then I stopped taxing my empire at all because I was making several times more Dust just from the trades than would be possible through taxation
And I achieved Economic, Diplomatic, and Scientific victories within a few turns of each other

EDIT: I might be able to get the save file if anyone wants to revel in the sheer insanity of my wealth in this playthrough

 

Hey, if you get through everyone else's and you still have a good amount left, could I get Broken Age?

 

Doesn't it make you fire faster when rocket jumping?
You could climb faster
Lesser blast radius doesn't mean less distance flown, does it?

I went to the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville a few months ago
Generic, easily pumped out country is terrible
But that was actually really good

Every insult he makes has to be some sort of personal attack against someone. It's like a rule or something.

Perhaps you are getting dubstep confused with 'brostep' - a post dubstep style with a focus on heavy and aggressive synth leads in the middle register as opposed to sub bass: popularised by American artists such as Skrillex.
