    If it is true, then there cannot exist a universe where the multiverse theory is not true.

    I think it's all a bit silly: if there were such universes, as of now, they are completely unobservable and don't exhibit any effect on our own - could that even be considered as "existing", at least anywhere beyond the concept of just some random idea.

    That's the point I'm trying to raise - do they exist?

    I mean, consider a galaxy moving away from us at near light speed, and that we are moving away from at some relativistic velocity, such that the 'effective speed' it is moving away from us is faster than light speed. We will never see any light or electromagnetic energy from that galaxy, as far as we're concerned would it even 'exist' to us?

    Apply that idea to the concept of a universe outside our own.
