Well, aside from The_Exile, he's best at long range, and gets stronger the further away he is, right? So don't let him get far away. Literally every character in the RP so far except for mine uses light armor so they're weak to piercing damage. Most of that's long range, but there are some piercing-type weapons you can use in melee, like spears. Also, elemental weaknesses.

Naruto kind of takes place in a ninja highschool, at least to begin with.

 

It's really more of a kindergarten, but fair enough.
