    Honestly If I haven't seen the entirety of the game already I would have considered this kind of an spoiler.
    But, there is supposed to be little Monokuma heads holding the pigtails.
    Unless this is Mukuro.

    Mirai Nikki (subtitles)

    1. I assumed that that part of the game was hard-coded to allow for the moving portals
    2. Regardless of whether or not it would have been easy to code, it doesn't make sense to code something as a general rule that is only used once ever

    EDIT: Also, that's not the most complicated thing they do
    The clipping system is very complicated
