The "Seed thing" is the Baby Deku Tree, and she's sitting on top of it
And that is definitely not a deku stick, because it has something wrapped around it as though it were a staff somebody intended to keep using
She looks nothing like Saria other than her height

She looks more like Nayru than any other character that I remember in LoZ
