Hi guys, I had an idea that as far as I know isn't already in existence. I remember an episode of ST:tNG where the crew was monitoring an alien planet with a base hidden by holograms of plain rock. So what if there was some kind of special block or door that when placed, peeked at blocks around it and copied them. You could effectively hide the entrance to your base - make it look to other players that the planet they beamed down to is uninhabited. Or maybe form a holographic bridge over a pool or lava. Set a trap by putting a bunch of holograms around some valuable ore and ambush someone who comes digging. And if the devs thought that was too overpowered, it could be implemented that the hologram would shimmer ever so often, revealing itself to the keen-eyed.
