Hey Chucklefish :) Wiring question, and 3D printing?.

I have a question, can you tell when are you going to have the wiring system ready? I notice there's a bunch of stuff disable and I can't find proper switches for doors.

Also would be nice if I could 3D print blocks that can't be crafted, from does weird but awesome places I explore(both floor and background blocks).

Wait for the next update! One of the devs showed some pictures of a wiring station that will be implemented with the next update.

 

Yeah! You'll have plenty of wiring and gadgetry to play around with in the next update.

You can already wire doors to a Console or some Shackles i found. But yeah i cant wait for more!

Yeah of course! I know this game is great and in mine craft i used to do a ton of wiring of all sorts of crazy things i hope that becomes an option in here as well.

 

Or if your impatient like me! You can go into the assests and use them now! They are already in the game!

We used them for our 8-bit adder and digital display. Good Ol' !

The version of the adder you see in this video is an older model of the one in the picture. The current design has the 7 segment decimal display that is fully functional up to a value of 30 via hexadecimal representation. The one in the video only represents up to 6 digitally. They can still both calculate up to 8-bits of information however which is represented by the imperium doors.
