Living in Africa, I guess. Go swimming, reduce calorie intake, especially simple carbs (i.e. sugar), when you get hunger pangs eat unsweetened yogurt.
You can run, but I don't recommend it for cardio since it'll mess up your knees in the long run, especially if you're overweight now. I recommend light calisthenics, i.e. push-ups and sit-ups etc. both for cardio and muslce-building workouts. Don't fall for the protein powder scam, even cheap fish sticks are a more than good source of protein. Cook from scratch, processed stuff is unhealthy. If you do any drugs that I'm unaware of, quit those immediately.
No drugs but i should turn down my pudding consumption it seems...sit-ups and push-ups sounds good tho. Thanks ^-^ ~ Iris ~
Also, allow yourself one or two rest days a week. When it comes to carb, stick to potatos, noodles and rice. For snacks, I personally like carrots.
Works fine for me. How's your connection? Potatos are your best friend. I can share some recipes with you.
Aight, I don't have my recipe binder on me, so only simple stuff for nao. Baked potato Surenu-style: 1-2 large potatos (amount depends on how large they are) 1-2 tablespoons Tzaziki Salt Pepper ~3 tablespoons shredded cheese (I personally prefer gouda but that's up to you) aluminium foil Preparation is quite simple. Wash the potatos and cut away any unpleasant parts but leave the peel mostly intact, wrap them in aluminium foil and bake them at 180°c for around ~30-40 minutes. They're good when you can easily stab through them with a fork. When they're done cut them open halfway through, open them up slightly, apply salt and pepper and fill 'em up with Tzaziki. Will give you some garlic breath, but garlic is good for your immune system.
Here's another one, taken directly from my own posts on Discord: Surenu-style hot mushrooms! You will need: 400g of champignon mushrooms (I prefer the darker ones because they're cheaper and taste the same) 200g of diced bacon 1 or 2 onions, depending on taste 250ml of dark beer 3-5 tablespoons of wheat flour 4-5 cloves of garlic spices to taste fry the bacon, then remove it but keep the grease in the pan, fry the mushrooms in said grease and add spices (salt and pepper) chop up onions and add those as well. be careful not to burn the mushrooms when the mushrooms and the onions are nice and brown, take them out of the pan and add the beer, then add the flour until you've got a nice sauce - you might wanna add butter as well put everything back into the pan and add the garlic voila! tastes nice with rice
Thanks. I consider myself a good cook in the realm of simple meals for singles. It's also a hobby of mine ~
A simple meal you can do is deep fried eggplant slices and hash brown stacks. They're really unhealthy but they taste awesome.
Where I live eggplant is hard to come by, and I don't really like them either. Fried tomatos, however, are awesome. Well, I may be biased here - I like everything with tomatos.
