Winter is good. Staying in keeping warm with hot chocolate and marshmellows. Summer is best. Winter isn't bad.
we went back in time in england! modern science is so amazing *o* i like colder weather because it's easier to make yourself warm when you're cold than it is to make yourself cool when it's hot
We're on the cusp of summer here, and the weather's been less hot than spring was. I'd like to move to the northern hemisphere one day, and experience what colder weather's like.
With appropriate clothes, it's quite bearable imho. The thing is, what Bonabopn said earlier is correct - it's much easier to protect against the cold rather than the heat. Had to learn that the hard way in Afghanistan in 40+°c weather. If you'd like to get to know to colder temperatures, move up gradually, maybe starting with Northern Italy, moving slowly through Germany and when you've truly braved winter, you can try Sweden or, hard-mode, Finland in winter.
I live outside a country town, in an old building with no fans or air conditioner, the only thing keeping me from death is the nice breeze.
One day I plan to live in Australia. So I need to get used too the climate around there. If I wasnt an adult I would have loved to pick up that accent. Mate. Lmao.
I only ever speak in that accent ironically. Or at least without knowing. Do you hear yourself speaking a British accent when you talk?
Living in Texas is weird. One year you'll have droughts. Another there's floods. Sometimes you'll get snow. And occasionally a hurricane.
In Queensland get a few weeks of rainy weather, exceptionally hot weather, and cold weather, and then regular the rest of the time. Depending where you are depends on when it happens.
Meanwhile seasons here mostly dictate the temperature of rain (and sometimes we get snow). Global warming, eh. When I was a kid it was already starting. My stepdad, born in '53, still had proper seasons.
