If you're a total newbie get ready for the pain. Your fingertips will hate you but you have to fight through the pain until you develop the callouses (my fingertips actually bled at one point). Also, what kind of guitar?
Er, no. I mean the fingers on your left hand (I assume you'll be playing right-handed) will more than likely experience pain as you get used to pressing and bending the strings for notes and chords. Thin strips of metal do not mesh well with soft flesh.
Even so, it's a new experience. Pressing the metal (I'm assuming steel strings on an electric guitar) strings into your fingers for hours every day will result in some pain. I hope it's not much. Just trying to warn you that it's very likely to happen. So be prepared.
I now remember that you work in the food industry. If you do any cooking or dish-washing (where do you work again?) you'll definitely have an advantage. Anyway, good luck on learning!
Oh. You actually answered the question I meant! I meant to ask what you do, not where you work necessarily.
I'm a grill person, though they're going to make me a trainer for grill soon since I'm one of the last of five others, two of which i trained.
Although I've never worked there, 3 of my siblings have so I know a bit about it. Being a trainer looks good on your résumé! For some reason Pale Moon is trying to tell me that I spelled résumé wrong. Probably the accents.
Good Nirning peoples. Why does it feel so early? It's not early by my normal standards, I just had some inspiration to get up, which meant that I am now dead to the world. So, how is everyone?
Feeling much more awake now. (That part written about 40 minutes ago. Then I opened Imgur.) So far, I really like the newest season of RWBY. There has been a lot happening, it's great!
