You're a teacher?

 

In training. It's a practicum I need for my master's degree that will make me an actual teacher.

 

That's actually quite surprising. What grade do you plan on teaching?

 

8th to 12th grade. My uni does not qualify me for anything else. Subjects are German and History. I had the option of becoming an army officer or becoming a policeman, but I wanted normal work hours so I decided to become a teacher after Afghanistan.

trust me I can deal with 'em. The reserves recently promoted me to NCO rank, and I'm used to shouting at people if they don't do how they're told.

I need to find a remedy for aching feet. I'm perfectly used to walking long distances daily, but I'm wearing the wrong shoes and my feet hurt like hell. Warm water doesn't help.

 

Hm...try getting new shoes(I can't think of anything)

 

I can now imagine a teacher yelling like a military officer at this poor kid who forgot his stationery.

I get back into my neighborhood after a long day out and immediately there's cops speeding off to arrest somebody, Abandoned houses everywhre, crackheads stumbbling down the sidewalk, and some asshole shooting an automatiic rifle at whoever a block away from my house.

Pretty amusing.

 

At least you'll be pretty safe in a zombie apocalypse.

 

It would be interesting to see zombies vs a drug cartel.

I'd watch that film.
