most of them, really. Only exceptions being liver and chicken heart. In fact, while I do not object to chicken, years eating nothing but that put me off it slightly.

But if I have to elect one? Hrrmmm...

A good old Steak is always best. The juicier the better.

I once ate boar meat. It was... ok. I thought it would taste better but by no means am I refusing it should I get served one.

If you ever have a spare hundred or so bucks for some odd reason, I suggest you at least try a "proper" stake house steak at least once...
Tomahawk ribeye... Jesus Christ I cannot imagine eating anything more delicious... It's just absolutely indescribable...
(Though I've been told there is one form of perfect beef... The famed... Nay, the legendary... Kobe beef/wagyu cow meat... Hue already posted the cut he wishes for. For me, I plan on having the ribeye... Granted, it's obscene how expensive it is, at around $900 for a whole cut...)

I barely remember what I did last week. You expect me to remember what happened on page 200 and earlier?!
I don't know what any of that is but I'm salivating anyway.

The best meat I ever ate was PicaƱa A la Parrilla. An argentinian dish.

This sentence (and images of seared tomahawk) made me feel the meat version of phantom pains.
I can almost taste the perfection lingering in my mouth.

Edit: i have never eaten such meat before, but the image i have of it is oddly detailed.
Still, i have eaten a lot of good shit in my life but that doesn't keep me from enjoying the shoe sole that people try to convince me is a steak, with enough seasoning and no more than 5 seconds of cooking.

This talk about the kobe beef reminded me of a episode of Ground Floor. In which the company CEO let his subordinate taste a few of his wines. He first let him taste the second best wine in the world, right before stating that he thinks it tastes like horse piss. The subordinate is outraged at such opinion, but the boss then gives him the absolute best wine there is. It's magic.
After that, he prompts the subordinate to taste the second best wine again. He spat it back into the glass. Guess what? It tasted like horse piss.

So yeah. I am actually afraid of spoiling my tastebuds to the point of becoming a super gourmand. If I am to eat the best meat in the world, it needs to be the last thing I do in life.

    for example:

I'm a full on carnivore myself. Meat is the food and everything else is meant to there to make the it tastier.
What do they feed those cows? Caviar?

you mean that by eating it, I'd eat a being who lived better than I?

Yup. They live like kings, and are food fit for gods. My college seminar teacher had some on the exchange student trip to japan. Cost him around $300 for a filet mignon...
He claims it is the best meat he has and ever will taste...
He also got to see how the cows lived. He was really jealous...

But in the end we eat them.
We can enjoy their good life indirectly.

Cows are the most disgusting thing on earth. What do you think happens when an animal that likes to wave it's tail around produces soft brown matter? I have actually been hit by said shover...

    They're so tasty though...

Oh, I forgot to mention that seafood is another category altogether. While I don't eat fish often, I do like a fews of them. Tunas, salmons, carps, lobsters. Even squids. Those I eat as sashimi, even. But crabs, oysters and shrimps, I am not fond of.
