HELP STARBOUND CRASH E3

I don't think it'll affect our gaming as I believe it will only be for the Realms servers, it'll probably just verify a few things for a few seconds and then you be gaming. I believe Notch doesn't really like DRM so I would hope he makes simple.

 

You won't. However, they're disabling logging in if you're offline (or if their database is offline), basically same principle as Simcity login.

They're also stabbing their method of growth, the pirating, that made the game so widespread that gave it the 10 mil purchases.

Notch isn't involved in the process, so it's pretty much being worked on by the rest of Mojang. He's busy stressing about his own next game...

In other news, now that we know Starbound is in (assuming eligibility), what do you think they'll do for it? Will there be a big reveal on anything? Will they hint at more to come? Will they trololololol down the stage and say 'sorry guys, you have to wait like everyone else'?

[EDIT] For the record, I'm also assuming we maintain our lead. Seeing how quickly we surged forward in a single twelve hour period I see no reason why we can't keep a safe distance ahead. [/EDIT]

 

Love how people can turn a thread about getting Starbound more rep into a word battle about E3. Lets focus more on the game we love, and less trying to beat each other into bits. Nearing 2000 votes, lets do this!

 

Guys, I don't care who started a fight, I will finish it. This topic is about supporting SB not fighting amongst ourselves. You can argue all you like in a private message, just keep it off the forum. Now lets stop holding swords at eachother, and marvel that Starbound is number 1 on the Nominated list!

As glad as I am for this, and as much as I want Starbound to have the exposure, I admit, this makes me feel a bit... bad. We're like the huge kid coming and kicking the crap out of the tiny ones, distrubuting noogies without mercy.

I thought about this and felt kind of bad too. But I can't help but feel a tad excited

 

It's true, and I felt that way at first, also. Even pointed out how quickly we got our votes and how, aside from the other two in top, everyone else was barely in the triple digits.

I can't, and wouldn't, try to take back the votes Starbound has received, but I have given votes to the other games on the list, as well, as small as my single vote is, to show my support. Especially for 'That Dragon, Cancer'.
