Yeah its very strange they came out of no where. Either one person it's making hundreds of emails or something fishy it's going on here.

Who's to say they're not just a popular game? Please don't accuse studios of "something fishy" when you have no evidence.

 

Probably better advertising. It seems like chucklefish is taking a quite laidback approach to the voting and stuff, which is kinda honorable when I think of it.

 

On twitter, indies Crash said they looked into it and have not found anything, but they said they are going to add a captcha to the voting for peace of mind, hopefully that will help if there is something going on.

edit: Maybe people in Argentina decided to band together to help someone from their place(The legit way I mean)

 

Maybe, but when i see this Facebook page, there is only a news, 7 hours ago. Also, 69 followers on their Tweeter account (and no news), I can see just one news. Maybe it's nothing, but it's seems really fishy.

 

I didn't accused anyone of anything, I just say it seems weird that they came out of nowhere to even trail us like that.

Ok that explains it now. Well I take back what I said, will be very hard to keep #1 now, they are like right behind us now.

 

I've already cast my vote but I'll be sure to tell what few friends that are also interested in Starbound about it and see if I can't convince them to vote as well.

Yes. The vote has been counted. I'm also not one of those people that intend to make 10+ Emails to artificially inflate the vote count. So, as much as I'd love to see Starbound get in, they're only getting my 1 vote and however many of my friends I can convince.

No need to get so upset. Starbound has over $1,000,000 in support, it doesn't really need to go to E3 to be successful, the community has already accomplished that.

 

I really think their boting it was half as much yesterday and the followers on Saibots facebook and twitter aren't even close to Starbound's but who knows

 

Man we're losing by a couple hundred already. Either way I feel like chucklefish famous enough already so no biggie.
