when i joined i could not get the charater to work how do i fix it please help me

Can you specify what happened? Saying "i could not get the charater to work" doesn't really help much at all.

 

sorry by that i meant i go on it but it never finishes loading

 

What web browser are you using?

Well that's your problem, go download a modern browser like google chrome or firefox.

 

As timelord stated, you need a better web browser. I'd recommend google chrome, however firefox is fine too. Either way, not only will the character creator work, you will be able to use the internet faster.
