HELP ME my starbound doesnt work!!

    starbound wtf.PNG when i click the play button in steam it says "Windows can not find bin\SteamService.exe make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again". so then i click ok and then the launcher comes up but when i click "Launch Starbound" nothing Happens.... PLEASE HELP! I JUST WANT TO PLAY!!!

    I tried googling it and this is the first fix i saw, it was for bastion though but the problem seems similar enough.
    just go to the starbound folder and try it.
