Help - logic gates won't turn on

As the tittle say, if I wire a button directly to a door, it's works, but if I wire the botton (or something else) to any logic gate won't do anything, and the logic gate won't turn blue.

 

Are you playing online? I noticed that logic gates / buttons wouldn't operate at all on our server, but they worked find in single player.

 

I had played online with this char, but right now I'm ofline
