Bug/Issue Help! chest items spawn double tools!

Help! Please its driving me nuts. Whenever I withdraw a tool I recieve a double of the tool but i cant deposit one of them so im stuck with two in my inventory. Upgrading tools at clint only takes one away, and then it spawns another tool when i put that one away too.

Also i hate how its also spawning forageables, mining items etc. every drop in the game basically spawning twice in my inventory. Its like cheating and i dont know how to get rid of it.

please tell me what i should do.

 

help! iwhenever i withdraw an item like copper bars it spawns a huge stack of them. oh noooooo.
