Bug/Issue Hello! I need help with my grams' game

Hello! Recently I got my grandma into Stardew Valley on Steam. She loves the game and almost (if not already) has the same amount of time invested into the game as I have. Though today I'm not here to talk about that, I'm here because while I myself and a tech guy, I can't figure out why her game has recently not been able to start.

If anyone could provide help, that would be great! I'll post the error log here regarding it.
