WIP Hedges and Turf Grass Restored

I recently started restoring an old crops mod (two, actually) and I tried it out on my game, but they didn't appear when I spawned them. Can someone look over this and see if I did anything wrong?

P.S. The "Turf Grass" item is supposed to grow on non-tilled soil.
