Closed heart badge mistake!

Yesterday i bought the gold tier package and made a huge mistake when i accidentally gave my heart badge to someone named starman instead of guillermo. At first i thought it was asking me what name i wanted for the forums and then i realized what i had done. I contacted the rewards@chucklefish twice and no response yet. If anyone could please help me i would be so greatful.

 

You can fix it just like that:

Q: I gave my badge to someone else.
A: That's not a question, but e-mail us at rewards@chucklefish.org with the e-mail address associated with you Humble Store Purchase, and tell us which account *should* have gotten the badge. We'll get it sorted out.

 

That was the first thing i tried before posting here as i stated in my above post. Thanks for the help though.
