Healing should be made more accessible.

I find myself carrying a bed in my inventory to use when im damaged. It takes forever to heal and it doesn't feel right. You should be able to make crude bandages with plant fibre or something.

 

I agree, or perhaps allow food to heal some hp.

 

Funny you should mention plant fibres ... you need to craft a spinning wheel (requires wood planks, is available from the crafting table) which you can then use to turn plant fibres into fabric.

And then you can craft fabric into bandages, anywhere, by using the crafting menu (hotkey C).

 

Darn beat me to it. Think it's funny that he basically said how bandages are made. Wanna see someone who is actually pretty good at the game unlike most of the people I've seen.

they should make a bedroll. A regular bed should not be useable unless its in a user-made enclosure.

Everyone knows bandages are the tastiest of medicines.

 

There are tents, and they work like beds while being mobile. I agree, beds should require a structure.

 

Bandages may be crafted simply out of plant fibre now. Much easier.

 

Alongside that, I think beds should also have an increased rate of regen. Healing takes forever, and I'd rather not waste bandages when I don't need them.

Unless it was nerf during last patch, eating bread heal you. A crop farm is easy to make, there is a few seed in your ship cargo and they can be multiplied with the 3d printer. Make it big enough and you'll never need to worry about food or healing.
