It's a glowfly, they emit that yellow globe of light. They just don't appear in Winter, but a bug in the game means that the light they emit is still showing up even though the bugs aren't.

 

No, I saw glowfly before, their lightradius was smaller.

Trust me. It's the glowfly. It's bugged and it's a known bug.
