    What exactly does his active ability do? The description isn't very clear

      You target an enemy and it instantly drops all his shields.

        Note that a variety of armored enemies later in the Halfway campaign have thick armor (i.e., the red HP meter lasts longer) and NO shields whatsoever. On those types of targets, hacker Josh Connor's Shield Overcharge skill is essentially useless. D: You'll see that in the meters that pop up above enemies.

        So keep that in mind when figuring out what characters to bring along. :)
