Got physics homework to finish, got my english paper to write
At least this morning I got to sleep in until 11am and I'll be able to do the same Thursday morning

Can't say it on other forum cause phone. I forgot (despite how difficult it is to do) how fun it is to do
Also, my family and I watched The Amazing Spiderman 2 today. It was 10/10. I was NOT expecting that thing that happened though. That was freaking nuts
And finally, played Minecraft with the little sister. New doors are awesome. New fences are awesome. New blocks are awesome. I made a sweet little lattice and balcony. It's awesome. I also fully cleared out a relatively large mine. I'm set for life with coal and redstone
Anyway, yeah. Got school tomorrow, so, night guys!

Okay so
Pluto is a dog, right? But Goofy is also a dog.
Pluto is an animal, a pet. But Goofy is a person.
What is it that differentiates Pluto and Goofy so much that one is demoted to the status of a pet? Simply walking on four legs shouldn't be enough to cut it. Yeah, Pluto can't talk, but he's still arguably smarter than Goofy.

A lot of scientific testing has been done proving that many animals are not nearly as capable of complex thought and reasoning as humans are. Still, plenty of animals (dolphins, for example, and many primates) are plenty intelligent. Monkeys and apes use simple tools and have been taught sign language, and how to paint, and how to shop (teaching monkeys capitalism For Science!), and there are scientists debating whether dolphins should be given full rights as sentient beings.
I don't know, man. The fact that Pluto and Goofy are the same species just bugs me.

You know, that's not the only place I've seen beings of the same species being treated completely differently, I've seen plenty of furry comics/stories that have plenty of animals being kept as pets. I've seen them even owning their own species (like a family of dogs having a pet dog) and I fully agree that it's the weirdest concept.
