Guessing Game - How long do you think until Starbound is out? :O

My estimates for the final product of the game would be about...

Around the early middle of 2013, varying from March at earliest, to maybe July at latest.

 

March 14, 2013...assuming those of us waiting for a year last that long.

Thank goodness for a great game that I am just waiting and waiting for. I am to worried that I won't get the full potential of any other game I play because Starbound will snatch its thunder. That means I don't even want to play video games (which means I am not sad that I usually have so much homework that I can't).

 

wasnt the game suppose to be out this summer? so i dont think it will be released in 2013

End of summer was a rough estimate; now they're saying some time around the end of the year.

 

If it's November that'll be brilliant! I'm not holding my breath though, I'm thinking somewhere in December, hopefully before 2013 arrives.

 

My bet is still on February 16, 2024, And my interest is slowly cooling over like a good corpse should.

 

No matter what you guess it'll come out a month after that. Guaranteed.
EDIT: With that in mind I'm going to guess August 2012.....

But it's worth waiting it if it proves to be as succesful as minecraft/terraria in babysitting duty, It'll be smooth sailing till they hit adolescence and their interests shift to chasing them girls

 

To those who quoted my post, the thread name is "How long do you think untill Starbound is out" and thus, my timeframe of 3 months was a legitimate answer to the question, as March 14 2013 is not a time, but a date.
The question was when do you think it will be out in the OP though, so it doesnt really matter.

It came out yesterday, but nobody knew, so chucklefish went bankrupt after paying one day of sales labor.
The game then went indie, and told people it would come out when it's done, hopefully before 2013.

 

Mid-January (or in 5 months for those who are sticklers about how the question was phrased).
