Guessing Game - How long do you think until Starbound is out? :O

you know what they should do? they should start taking pre-orders now and then a week later announce that when they said "the end of the year" the meant next year/ TROLLZ. yup that'd be great.

 

Why waste time being wrong, I say it will be released when it's done as that is the factual release date.

 

the devs didn't even published a official release date... that means starbound is going to be released at least at the begining of 2013... feb or march 2013..

 

Based off other games that are majorly anticipated, this game may be a little late to ensure its success. It would be awesome if this game would come out before 2013 though.

 

Unlikely, Starbound is a day one purchase (pre-order if one becomes available) for me. However games like Far Cry 3, Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite, and Assassin's Creed III (PC version) are destined for purchase from Steam sales.

I think It will come out in either December or maybe in February

 

it would suck if it came out in february. I wouldn't be able to get it.

 

I doubt it would take that long though, The Starbound team has been working really hard. My best guess is that it will probably come out in January.

Im all for tweaking and improvement but I'd like something playable right now. I'd have no problem with monthly updates or something to improve on the game. Thats what has made Minecraft popular. Just work the bugs out and give us something playable, everything after that is just icing on the cake.
