Guard spawner always Floran?

    Somebody posted elsewhere that when they used a guard spawner with their Avian character they got a Floran gaurd. I'm an Apex and when I used a guard spawner I also got a Floran. Are the gaurd spawners random and this is just a coincidence or are Floran guards the only thing to spawn? I would test it out but I don't really want to spend the resources. (I'm cheap :p)

    Edit: Scratch this, just made an Apex gaurd. Must be random
