It's like he's not even trying to be scary! I mean, look at that mouth. Every good killer snowman knows that gaps are not scary - blood soaked buttons are. Plus, he didn't even bother classing it up with a beaten up top hat. And that scarf? Okay, it is kind of scary, but only because it is awful. 5/10, would not team up with to scare humans.
