Hello everyone, i just preordered the game and am as much impatient as everyone about it. i have one question though, how do i update my forum account to show that i preordered the game? (the badges i think) Thanks! can't wait for the beta
Hello Chris, welcome to the Starbound community! I'm afraid I don't know much about the forum badge donation things You may want to try the PreOrder/Beta Support thread; you may find a simliar problem there perhaps? Anyway, hope that gets resolved; cya!
You don't get a badge if you bought the cheapest pre-order, only for the higher ones. It should say on the link on the humble website if you can claim one. You can also get one for tweeting about starbound (see badges page at the bottom).

Copy and Pasted from another forum I posted on : For a start, Make sure you've pre-ordered the game and given all your money to chucklefish ^.^ After that, You should receive an email or be familiar with the Humble Bundle library page paste this humble link into your internet browser, If you claimed the page it should come up. https://www.humblebundle.com/home If not check your emails,(If it's not there, try using this http://support.humblebundle.com/customer/portal/articles/243191-humble-bundle-key-resender) It should be from Humble Bundle or Chucklefish if I'm correct, And will take you to a humble bundle page there e a button to 'Claim That Page'.(Top Right Hand corner I believe) Make sure to click that so that you can access your beta and game when it's released You should then be able to click on your Starbound link via the humble page Just click on the code to get taken to the page where you will have your rewards. There will be the soundtrack and in future I guess the beta and steam key etc. There should be a forum badge, Considering your tier included one. There will be an option to type your username to add it to your account, Make sure to type your name in correctly so someone with a simmilar name doesn't end up with your shiny new badge. Just refresh the starbound page and it should end up under your profile picture with your other badges. Sorry for my terrible ability to explain. If you have any questions just ask away.
