I got a town center ! The design is super well done ! The town is more a village.

Hello there, I don't really have much to discus really, I was just wondering if you would be willing to make a steam copy of this mod so that I can use steams auto update feature included with "subscribing" to a mod. ^^

 

A version for Steam Workshop is planned once this mod comes to full release.
Looking at the version currently, 0.9.41,
It isn't ready for what I would call full release. (1.0.0)

I still plan to finish the final 2 ship tiers, at least 3/4 more armor sets and a few other tweaks.
Once those are out of the way, Steam will be next.
(I worry if I release it now, people will subscribe to it, see missing features, not check this forum or any other info, and flood me with complaints.)

 

Personally, (just to help combat that kinda thing in the first place) I would just strait up copy pasta whats here on the forums over to steam so that the information is there and maybe add a "(WIP)" to the end of the title on steam so that they know strait off the bat that its not done. However I see where your coming from, and will not try to push you to try to get it on steam. I was just wondering if it was planed at all or even thought about . Anywho this has been a lot longer than it should be, so thank you for replying so quick.

Nothing to do with my mod in the log. Only a few asset warnings for sergal, kirhos, and avali objects. Doesnt even look like my mod was installed during this log's session.

Probably posted the wrong log. Run the game and try to crash it again. (Preferably with only my mod, and not others.)
Post that new log and tell me what you were doing before the crash.

 

I planned to release another furniture update tonight, but unexpected difficulties mean it's going to be put back until tomorrow afternoon.

However, expect plenty of new pieces and another great mechanic...

I cannot launch Starbound with this mod loaded. The worst is I cannot understand why because no error message appears, the game simply doesn't want to launch!
Any tip for me to get rid of this frustrating situation ? I like your mod and I really want to try it!

 

Looks like there are some files from the Sallok mod left in the /codex/codex/sallok directory. This causes a duplicate asset crash when the Sallok mod is also installed.

 

oh i just know that it's a problem with frackin' universe, with no tohers mods the game should work, try to install fu and test it

 

If you are sure it is my mod, I need your log. I cant do a thing unless i can see your log.

I forgot I had those there when i was helping Jareix, thanks for informing me.

When I update my master version, I test it alongside the largest, most popular mods to prevent incompatibilities.
If there are any, I've tried to make them small and far between.


In short, everyone, i need the logs immediately after you crash. Anyone can claim anything is causing anything, but those logs say, straightforward, what is throwing an error.
Without those, im essentially running blind, making guesses of what in a couple hundred files is the issue.
