I doubt actual hooks like in Terraria, thinking since it is a more futuristic game things like jetpacks or a way to actually climb things.
If they do, instead of just moving to the spot, you can use it like an Indiana jones whip and use momentum to fast and fling yourself.
Kinda, but its more of a slingshot that shoots you forward, instead of just teleporting. like you get momentum, grapple, fling up, and shoot up a tunnel, where as a teleporter would teleport you there instantly, but use engery/batteries.
