Whenever I'm playing Stardew Valley , the game has a mistake and the screen goes all white and middle pixelated , making it impossible to see what is happening.

This is nothing, always at some unexpected moment , or always when I go to sleep to save the game .

    My computer has 4GB of ram , processor intel core i3 2.40 GHz , Windows 10 , 64-bit

What about the vga chipset? Try to update your drivers and if you're playing windowed or borderless window, try with fullscreen.

My drivers are up to date ... put in full screen but to no avail ... :/

That is weird indeed. I'm sorry but I don't know what could be causing that. My best guess is a missing file, you can backup your save and re-install the game. If that doesn't solve it, try playing with a new save.

Also, are you using mods? If so, which ones?

I have this same issue sometimes - I minimaze the window and maximaze it again and the graphics turn out fine. It always works for me.

That is a graphical issue, it must have something to do with your GPU or chipset. Can you specify your hardware and drivers version?
