Got a GOG version, but need some steam mod, can someone upload it out of steam?

Such a great mod, but hosted only on steam. Steam workshop downloader is no longer working, i cant get this mod using GOG version of starbound.

edit: i just browsed steam workshop and so many great but only steam mods here! Such a painfull steam monopoly

 

You could ask the mod developer on Steam, they seem semi-active. Redistributing is a no-no unless you've been given the permission to do so.

 

steam does not allow you to comment, send messages and even do anything until i spend money on game, so i cant contact developer
