good suggestions regarding spawned NPCs

    1. make the NPCs unkillable like the outpost NPCs , and make an option to disable (or ask them to leave) certain NPCs with another option to put them back

    2. maybe allow the player to customize their clothing using found cosmetics

    3. maybe make it so the player can set certain boundries for NPCs (sectioning off parts or your ship and what not) and also why not be able to do that for other players too as i have had past problems with theives,why not have the player maybe be able to additionaly set housing for NPCs like in terraria (but with looser boundaries), it would be really cool to have a sort of functioning crew (-ish)

    4.this is just a small wish but it would be also great if one could send NPCs on small mining or treasure finding missions, with percentages of failure and death, for balance sake they would not be able to gather much and would take sufficient time to do so


    anyone else have any other ideas? i feel as if this game should have more as far as starships go

    I think you should be able to make an Enhanced Spawner using a Spawner and some other ingredients at your S.A.I.L. which allows you to customize your spawned NPC.

    Totally agree with you leviathan !
    Maybe we could drop some NPC's on a planet and they would start to build some house or bigger building / town. And after they would go explore the planet and harvest some food and minerals !
    Like this NPC's could be usefull because curently it's just decorative...
