Ah, I remember living in Europe and waiting for releases that happen at the most odd time of day.

as i stated in a few other threads, i'll get up at my normal time 5am make a coffee initiate download, get ready for work.. be miserable all day until i get home to play lol ok good!

 

I might actually start downloading it at work. Working for a game publisher has to have some advantage, right?

 

10pm on the Fourth here, Yet no Starbound do I have to play.

 

it's 12:14 here , starbound will be out at 18-19u , when i'm just home from work so here in GTM+1 i have no problems with the release time

 

I'm on holidays from university for a couple months, I need no schedule

On the bright side, we get all day to play it

PST is the source of all evil. Being from GMT +1 myself I often battle it to the death. Like two weeks ago when our fleet had an anniversary on STO. "Yeah, we'll start the second day of the celebrations at 3pm PST" "Dude, you do realize that's not sunday but monday for me?" Anyway, this release is good in the sense that I get off work and get to go home before it hits I'd probably chew my own arms off if it had been released while I'm stuck at work.

Ah yes, the magical caffeine we developers transform into code But hey, if most of us here waited two years, what's a few hours.

 

3 am here in Japan. To stay up or not to stay up.. Ugh.

 

Beta at 3 pm... but I'm in work till 4 pm. Think I'll get my girlfriend to turn on the PC so I can direct connect via my phone. I'm sure I could get it installed and use the character creator in that hour.

Edit - Just worked out its 6 pm release, not 3 pm. awwwwwwwww mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

I'm sat here freaking out about how much I want to play ._. the youtube videos of people already playing are driving me insane too haha

 

WTF can I do for 5 hours?
