Greetings and salutations! I've somewhat recently been told that Starbound has come out of beta and I picked up Stardew Valley along the way so I figured I should come to the forum. It's been quite a while since I last played Starbound. I am relieved that it is no longer a necessity to face the Penguin UFO in order to progress but I mourn that I did not properly explore the game before changes were inevitably made. I am a life-long gamer, avid reader, lover of mythology and fairytales, a bit of an anime fan, I love heavy metal, and I have graduated from college as a Theater (Design) major after initially taking courses as a general Art major. I honestly do not know what else to say of myself. I love RPGs, Metroidvanias, Action-Adventure, Puzzle games, 3D-Platformers, Puzzle-Platformers, the occasional Point-and-Click Adventure, and non-dating Visual Novels. Starbound piqued my curiosity after an admittedly failed interest in Terraria in the wake of a waning interest in Minecraft. Proc-gens, especially proc-gen sandboxes, tend to fall flat. Starbound hasn't but my attention wandered... Good Lord it has really been 4 years? That's... terrifying to be quite honest.
Thank you. I hope so as well! It is very nice. Is it a coloring choice for just the scarf to make it pop or is the character truly that palette?

I admit: the Toby welcoming gif is kind of cute and amused me. Thanks for the tips and the welcome. Most are standard forum stuff but I will keep your offer in mind.
I'm a little late, but hello! I'm very tired and cold, but there's snow about today. Hope you enjoy your time with us!
I know that feeling. I've made some incredibly silly gifs in the past. It is never too late. Thank you for the welcome and I'm admittedly a little jealous of the snowfall. It'll probably crop up in January again where I live if not the weather being quite literally bipolar every other day. I hope I enjoy myself as well. Stay warm and take it easy.
