Golden weapons would be endgame gear dropped by rare mobs or crafted with rare items. They would deal lots of damage, and be some of the best weapons you can get, aside from modified weapons. Since they would deal a butt-load of damage, they would also use up massive amounts of energy. Golden weapons would fire golden bullets. Here's some of the weapons I had in mind: - Golden Pistol - - Moderate use time - Uses 1/4 of your energy - Each bullet fired will split into 3 bullets, all dealing the same damage as a normal bullet - Golden Shotgun - - Slow use time - Uses 1/3 of your energy - Half of the bullets split into 2 bullets dealing the same damage as before - Golden Flame Thrower - - Gradually uses a medium amount of energy - The fire burns blue, to signify its intense heat - Has a chance of inflicting the burning effect - Golden Rocket Launcher - - Fires a golden rocket that will create gold sparkles when it blows up - Destroys a bit more land then a normal rocket launcher, so be careful with it - Uses a large amount of energy There would be golden weapons for every gun type and maybe some melee ones too. I'd rather have weapons randomized as they are. They already have tiers and I don't need nor really want special gold variety which would do the same, but just have a silly color.
Just rare weapons, but the ones that are craftable would require end game stuff and gold. No its not lol.
ok then by the way just so you all know weapons or armor made out of gold is useless in real life because it is softher then copper and copper ist known to be very hard but gold is a very good protection against heat rays, radioactivity rays and ohter rays
