Ok, I've had goats for over a season and I am not getting any milk. I'm feeding them and they are at three hearts so far. What do I do?
Are you shutting them inside every night? I've found you can't leave the door open even if it's nice out because animals will stop producing.
I do not understand this either. The wiki says, that keeping your animals happy with several things gives you more outcome. And keeping them happy is with enough food, touching them once a day (you can see it at the hearts then), keeping the door open, having a heater in winter time, etc... I did not give much for this, touching them every day was too exhausting for me, so i did not care anymore. The amounts of eggs, wool, milk, etc., is changing every day (sometimes only one egg with all the animals combined, sometimes every animal gives something), i only had a rabbit food and a duck feather once in this three years. And i have about 2 hens, 2 void hens, 4 ducks, 4 rabbits, 4 pigs, 3 cows, 2 goats and 2 sheep. The cows give milk in about 90% of time, the goats only in 50% of time. But you have to click in the right way on them to milk them. You need this milk bucket activated, and then press with the left mousebutton on the goat or cow to get milk.
So do I need a milk bucket? I am totally lost here. I have never seen goat milk. Total wast of money so far.
Wait, you don't have a milk bucket? Milk doesn't randomly spawn like chicken eggs. You have to physically milk them. FYI you buy a milk bucket from Marnie and milk them every day.
Yes. For getting milk out of your animals (hens, rabbits, etc, do not work in this area) you need a bucket. You can buy it from Marnie (? The Farm Lady in the south of your Farm area). The same counts for getting wool. You need a scissar for this, you have to buy from her, too.
OH MY GOD I just realized this thing's title is a play on "Got Milk?" I hate you so much Voyager. Also myself.
Might I suggest this thread? http://community.playstarbound.com/...-i-realized-sooner.108433/page-2#post-2808004
