RELEASED Glad Tech 1.0

Hi I am a total newb and can't figure out how to use this mod. I have it installed, but I don't see any new techs to enable and when I run the command /techenable it just says that function doesn't exist. I tried /enabletech just to see and it said I need admin privlidges... I'm not sure if that's what it should be or if I just happened across one of the normal game commands... Either way, I couldn't figure out how to get admin privileges, I am playing solo so.... wtf... How do I use this mod?
