Closed [Glad Giraffe] Wet Debuff triggers "blocking" state

    When you're wet (the raindrop icon under your HP and energy), and you hold your shield out, the shield "blocks" something.

    It does 0 (or close to 0) shield damage, however it interferes with shield gauge regeneration.

    This is best tested during rain.
