    I cleaned up the race folder a little bit and got it working (or worked when I briefly tested it, hope it works for others). I was going to throw in some sample color options at character creation but as I was getting the color codes, I found that the sprite sheet needs some *serious* cleaning up. There are a lot of hidden-looking colors that blend in with what I figure were the intended "base" ones. I was gonna do it myself but ran out of time. Meanwhile, here is the working mod. I added a ships folder with the vanilla human ships that can be messed with down the line as well. You also might want to either blank out the emotions sprite sheet or tweak them.

    i meant that when i click the create character on the character creation screen it closes and the newly crated character doesnt appear dtw the issue was fixed by Ziz
