This NPC would be tied to a quest. The quest is as follows: You get a distress signal from one of human colonies. The planet they have settled on is ongoing sudden climate changes. They might change the planet to such a degree that it will become unhabitable. Because it is rich in resources the colonists would rather do something to stop the changes rather than abandon the colony. They hire the player to gather data on the changes from important sites on the planet and based on it build and program an automated weather control facility. Ginn Nafaggy is one of the colonists that appears at each of those sites and in every colony on that particular planet. He constantly follows you around and spams you with questions: "So... what's the ETA on the climate control thingy?" "Do you really need all the data? Can't you build it now and... you know... update the data as you go on?" "Hey, you promised us that weather control facility, don't you remember?" "How long building such a facility can take?" "Can I have a sneak peak on your weather control facility plans?" "What's taking so long? Can't you go faster?" "I hope you're working on Sundays as well" "I made some calculations- if you don't sleep at all you should finish it in a week tops" "Could you at least give me an ETA on the ETA?" "You know how hard it is living in such a climate? Work faster!" "I remember the date you announced you would help us. You know how long ago that was?" And so on and so forth... Ginn Nafaggy is of course invulnerable.
