Gift giving BUG BETA

Ever since I updated to beta, the marks from gifts given in the week doesnt come off even after 1 week and It doesnt allow me to give gifts
What do I do ?

 

I am also having this issue, I've gone through multiple weeks now and into a new month and I still can't give anyone any gifts anymore.

This is from a continued save file from before the beta.

I've also been having this problem. Around 5 weeks have passed in game.

 

it's happening to me too, it's been 3 weeks and the gifts won't reset

 

Same here, been a few weeks without the gifts resetting, also having other gifting bugs like getting "You've already given 2 gifts this week" message on people with no check marks.

 

Same here with Vincent. Has been more than a month already.

 

I'm having some people reset and others not. Sebastian and Pam are the ones stuck for me, I think they were maxed out on gifts before I loaded my save?

I've been having the same issue. I'm pretty sure it has to do with gifts given before downloading the beta from previous save files.

 

I posted in the larger beta thread with some troubleshooting I did regarding this. It appears as though any NPCs which you gave a gift to in the "old" save aren't reset in the "new" save after upgrading to the beta unless you gave them another gift in the "new" version.

I wish it was that simple. I tried to give them gifts during friday and saturday, but because they has 2/2 it just said that i can't give them more this week. Now it became sunday, and monday and they're still 2/2.

I will try editing <GiftsThisWeek>2</GiftsThisWeek> to <GiftsThisWeek>0</GiftsThisWeek> for all in the save file.

 

I'm having the same problem. Also, all the eligible male and female characters I had been dating and gotten to ten hearts prior to playing the beta reset to 8 hearts.

 

I've just encountered this same problem after loading up a save file I've been playing on for a while.
