Bug/Issue Getting stuck on next floor spawn in mines

I was working my way towards the mine level 40 and this happened multiple times last night. I'd be fighting an enemy and when it died, the next floor would spawn under my feet effectively trapping my character. Unfortunately because once you progress to the next level you can't go back to the previous one, this would force me to forfeit any remaining loot on the previous map.
