Generated weapon seed

I have a gun, I want to know it's seed. Command /itemid does't work in 1.0. Where can I find it?

 

There is a command that spawns items where ever your cursor is: /spawnitem X Y Z
X is the name of the weapon
Y is the amount
Z i have no idea probably its worth (common,uncommon,rare,legendary etc)

 

I believe he's talking about a randomly generated weapon. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe they'll follow the same rules for, say, the Durasteel Broadsword or other weapons like that.
