Gamepads: Provide a Setting for Sensitivity / Minimum input

    The analog sticks on my gamepads have lost their center over time so I constantly find my character facing the wrong direction when I'm not pressing the stick at all. There really needs to be a setting to ignore inputs under a certain value.
