Bug/Issue Game won't start up

Hi I bought the games a few days ago on steam for windows and have not been able to play. Steam says the game is running, then syncing, then nothing. I've tried just about everything listed in the common fix links but none have helped. I have connected headphones, downloaded extra programs, and reinstalled but nothing works. I am using a Razer 15 rtx2060 with 16gb ram and an i7. My windows is up to date. if anyone has any ideas please let me know, I just want to play with my friends, thank you.
